Access to the Agent Mimi AI platform is available exclusively through subscription services paid in MIMI tokens. Subscriptions are available only via our platform—either through our website or mobile app. In the initial phase, users will connect using MetaMask, the most widely used cryptocurrency wallet. In the future, we plan to expand support to many other wallets.

How It Works

Token-Based Subscriptions (Initial Phase)

• Exclusive Token Access: All subscriptions will initially be paid using MIMI tokens, which are required to unlock the full range of features on the Agent Mimi AI platform.

• MetaMask Integration: For now, users will connect through MetaMask. Later, we will add support for additional wallets to broaden access.

Fiat-to-Token Conversion (Future Integration)

• Credit/Debit Card Payments: In future phases, we plan to integrate payment methods such as credit and debit cards. However, fiat currencies (e.g., Euros) will not be used directly. Instead, the fiat amount will be automatically converted into the equivalent number of MIMI tokens at the current market rate via a smart contract that interacts with decentralized exchanges (DEX).

• Stable Pricing Mechanism: The system will automatically adjust the number of tokens required so that the subscription cost remains constant in fiat terms. Example: Suppose a monthly subscription costs 30 Euros. If initially 1 MIMI token equals 1 Euro, the user will pay 30 MIMI tokens. If, later on, the price of 1 MIMI token rises to 2 Euros, the system will automatically adjust the token requirement so that only 15 MIMI tokens are needed to maintain a 30-Euro cost. This dynamic adjustment ensures that subscriptions remain accessible to all users, regardless of fluctuations in token value.

• Regulatory and Technical Considerations: The implementation of credit/debit card payments is complex and requires multiple licenses and regulatory approvals, depending on the country. As such, this feature will be introduced in a later phase.

• Access for Non-Crypto Users: In the future, when card payments are integrated, we will explore offering conventional subscription access for users not involved in the cryptocurrency space. This will ensure a more inclusive experience for all.
