Terms of Service
These MIMI AI Token Terms of Service (“Token Terms”) govern the use and ownership of MIMI AI tokens (“Tokens”) issued by Agent MIMI AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By acquiring, holding, or using Tokens, you agree to be bound by these Token Terms.
1. Nature of MIMI AI Tokens
MIMI AI Tokens are digital assets—an innovative form of digital currency based on blockchain technology. Tokens can be used within the Agent MIMI AI platform to facilitate transactions, pay for subscriptions, participate in staking programs, and access premium features and services. Please note that Tokens do not confer any ownership rights, equity, or control over Agent MIMI AI.
2. Ownership and Transfer
Holding MIMI AI Tokens does not grant you any rights of ownership, profit participation, or influence over Agent MIMI AI. You acknowledge and agree that Tokens are, by default, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except as expressly permitted under these Token Terms or as otherwise determined by Agent MIMI AI.
3. Token Distribution
The distribution of MIMI AI Tokens will follow the allocation and vesting model outlined in our white paper. This may include presale rounds, airdrops, or other distribution mechanisms established by Agent MIMI AI. By acquiring Tokens, you agree to adhere to the rules and procedures defined by us.
4. Use of Tokens
MIMI AI Tokens may be used on our platform for the following purposes:
Subscription Payments: To pay for access to services and premium features.
Staking Participation: To engage in staking programs that offer additional benefits, such as free subscriptions.
Ecosystem Transactions: To facilitate transactions within the Agent MIMI AI ecosystem.
Tokens should not be interpreted as securities or traditional investment instruments, nor do they confer any form of ownership in Agent MIMI AI.
5. Trading Activities
The Agent MIMI AI platform may facilitate the trading of Tokens against other digital or fiat currencies on authorized exchanges. Trading on these exchanges is subject to their respective terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the policies and regulations of any exchange on which you trade Tokens. Agent MIMI AI does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or reliability of any exchange and is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from trading activities. You acknowledge that Token values may fluctuate and that trading carries inherent risks.
6. Token-Related Risks
By acquiring, holding, or using MIMI AI Tokens, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to price volatility, market fluctuations, technological risks, and regulatory risks. Please carefully consider these risks before engaging in any transactions involving Tokens.
7. Compliance and Prohibited Activities
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when acquiring, holding, or using MIMI AI Tokens. You must not engage in any illegal activities or actions that infringe upon the rights of third parties or compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Agent MIMI AI platform or its Token ecosystem. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Unauthorized access or attempts to access Agent MIMI AI systems, smart contracts, or user accounts.
Engaging in hacking, phishing, or any malicious activities intended to disrupt or harm the Agent MIMI AI ecosystem.
8. Token Events and Modifications
Agent MIMI AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the functionality, distribution, or use of Tokens at any time without prior notice. This may include events such as token burns, swaps, or other mechanisms designed to adjust or maintain the token economy. You acknowledge that such events or modifications may affect the value, availability, or functionality of Tokens.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tokens are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Agent MIMI AI makes no representations or warranties regarding the functionality, value, or suitability of Tokens for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that the Token ecosystem is subject to various risks and uncertainties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agent MIMI AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the acquisition, holding, or use of Tokens. This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays within the Token ecosystem.
11. Modification of Token Terms
Agent MIMI AI reserves the right to modify or update these Token Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Token Terms periodically. Your continued acquisition, holding, or use of Tokens following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Token Terms.
12. Token Wallets and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Token wallet and any associated private keys or access credentials. Any unauthorized access that results in the loss or theft of Tokens is your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you implement appropriate security measures to safeguard your Tokens and wallet.
13. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activities that could compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Agent MIMI AI platform or its Token ecosystem. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Unauthorized access or attempts to access Agent MIMI AI systems, smart contracts, or user accounts.
Engaging in hacking, phishing, or any other malicious activities aimed at disrupting or harming the Agent MIMI AI ecosystem.
